Children’s Board Free Family Day: Holiday Feast
Get ready for a feast of creativity at the Tampa Museum of Art’s Children’s Board Free Family Day! Join us for a Holiday Feast celebration where you can enjoy art projects inspired by our galleries, a puppet show, refreshments, and a special digital lounge just for teens. Register now for this free event and make some festive memories.
Here’s the lineup for the day:
11 am – 4 pm: Create a decorative charger plate and spoon for your holiday feast, inspired by the Museum’s Hattian flag and antiquities collections.
11 am – 4 pm: Teen Digital Lounge is open for teens to create their own festive digital art on iPads.
12:30p & 3 pm: Puppet Show: “Johnny Appleseed” with puppeteer Katie Adams. Featuring Storytelling, Quilting, Puppetry, Whirligigs, Music and Limberjacks in a heart-warming adaptation of the story of America’s beloved folk hero.
1:30 pm: Story Time in the galleries in English and Spanish.
