| Printmaking is an artistic process for creating images by transferring them from one source onto another. This class will help develop technical skills in various printmaking methods, design and composition, and the vocabulary for critique. Students will explore and practice printmaking techniques that include Linocut, intaglio and collagraph. Learn to think visually with inspirations from the exhibitions of Charles Atlas: Kiss the Day Goodbye and Purvis Young: Redux while turning your own experiences and ideas into a series of reproducible prints. |
