Teen Open Studio is a free program presented by the Tampa Museum of Art that gives teens in grades 6 through 12 the opportunity to create, learn, and work alongside local working artists. Teens can learn new techniques, explore new media, take on new themes, and hear about careers in the arts.
Teen Open Studio resumes smaller and safer in October at Winthrop Arts Inc.! The first 30 minutes is free-work and free-chat time using our art supplies, and from 7:00p-8:30p local artist and TMA Studio Programs Coordinator Anthony Record will be leading the group through a bas-relief sculpture project. All supplies included.
Participation is free but pre-registration is required.
