Teen Open Studio


When: Mondays, 3 — 6 pm

Where: Tampa Museum of Art Busch Classroom

Teen Open Studio is a free drop-in program that gives teens in grades 6 through 12 the opportunity to create, learn, and work alongside local working artists. Teens can learn new techniques, explore varied mediums, take on new themes, and find out about careers as artists. Each artist offers a new and interesting take on art. Register for as many sessions as you would like.

Share, engage, and learn at the Tampa Museum of Art with programs created for teens by teens. From exhibitions to film festivals and gallery programs, the Youth Council and the Museum have plenty to offer.

The Youth Council is made up of Hillsborough County high school students dedicated to creating programs for their peers at the Museum and promoting youth engagement in the arts.
