Tampa Homegrown New Music Concert Series

The Tampa Museum of Art and Tampa Homegrown present a free online concert performed at the Museum. Joining the mission and vision of the two organizations, the concert will link artworks of the exhibitions of view at the Museum with artist performers and composers “raised” in Tampa Bay. Tune in through Zoom for a live performance and discussion.

Tampa Homegrown New Music Concert Series is a collaborative project between international artist performers and composers who are directly related to Tampa Bay. Coordinated by USF alumni Eduard Teregulov, Michelle Painter, and Michael Standard, its mission is to expose and support contemporary art music in the Bay area with the support of the local community.

The series features music by the local composers of the Tampa Bay area. This concert will present the works by Blake Harrison, Marissa DiPronio, Alex Shanafelt, Mark Gurrola, Michael Standard, Susanna Hancock, and Bradley Mikesell II.
