Sunday Sessions: Art History Remixed

Join us for a special Sunday Session focused on contemporary art and art historical influences. Joanna Robotham, Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art, will discuss how current artists on view have drawn inspiration from the Renaissance, impressionism, cubism, and pop. This Sunday Session features an introductory presentation with an in-gallery tour and looks at works by Salman Toor, Yinka Shonibare, Purvis Young, Naeem Khan, Beatriz Milhazes, and others.
Lectures and gallery talks are offered free with regular admission:
