A weekly program where homeschooled children and their families can create works of art together, inspired by works currently on view at the Tampa Museum of Art. These projects are designed for children in grades K-5, with the option for their caretakers to also participate and create. All materials provided.

  • September 19 – Ancient sculptures with Model Magic clay
  • September 26 – Black & white Baldessari collages tinted with illustrator markers
  • October 3 – Painted Jean-Michel Basquiat self-portraits
  • October 10 – Ancient Greek octopus paper sculptures
  • October 17 – William Wegman origami dog paintings
  • October 24 –Egyptian sarcophagus pencil boxes
  • October 31 – Kylix eye cup masks
  • November 7 – Painted Purvis Young frames on foam core
  • November 14 – Ancient coin portrait relief sculptures
  • December 5 – Haitian Vodou flags with sequins and felt
  • December 12 – Ancient oil lamps made out of clay
