At the Tampa Museum of Art, 2020 is the year of the woman! In honor of women and Mother’s Day, TMA’s Art+ Member-Moms are invited to join our education staff members Brittny Bevel and Kessanda Abel, as they co-moderate a delightful discussion highlighting works from current and recent exhibitions with a theme of Flowers or Families. Since we can’t all be together this Mother’s Day, we wanted to create a unique virtual experience for Mom to enjoy.
SaltBlock Hospitality, exclusive in-house caterer at TMA, will provide their favorite Frosé recipe for you to create ahead of time and enjoy during the event. Kids can color a custom-themed coloring sheet while Mom is attending her celebration and it’s OK if they, and/or the family pet pop into camera range.
Art+ Members are invited to share this invitation with a friend, or a mom that may be interested in attending as well. Each person that plans to attend on a separate device will need to RSVP- video capabilities are recommended.
Attendees will receive a separate email with the meeting information, coloring sheet and delicious Frosé recipe, prior to the event date.
Space is limited for each session so please RSVP by May 7th.
We hope you can join us for this fun celebration!
