Teen Open Studio is a free program presented by the Tampa Museum of Art that gives teens in grades 6 through 12 the opportunity to create, learn, and work alongside local working artists. Teens can learn new techniques, explore new media, take on new themes, and hear about careers in the arts.
Teen Open Studio is smaller and safer and back in session at the Tampa Museum of Art! Local artist and TMA Studio Programs Coordinator Anthony Record will be leading the group through a painting project based on the Highwaymen exhibition. All supplies included, but bring stuff to draw with and your sketchbook if you have one.
Participation is free but pre-registration is required.
