Tampa Museum of Art is scheduled to host a reunion and information session on the current state of the Connections program at the Tampa Museum of Art on Wednesday, August 17, from 5:00-7:00p.
Connections is a mental health, community engagement art program for adults. Sessions focus on providing patients and care partners with a break from the mental strains of living with Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, depression, cancer, and other stresses that disrupt everyday life.
When: August 17, 5:00-7:00p
Where: Tampa Museum of Art, Dickey Family Lecture Hall
What: Socializing and check-in begin at 5p. In gallery demonstration begins at 5:30p followed by an information session and light dinner.
Who: Any professional who feels this program would be beneficial for their patients/clients is invited to join us.
